Measuring Guide:

A. Shoulder Width

1. From the edge of the shoulder socket
2. Measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder

B. Bust

1. This is not your bra size
2. Wear a bra
3. Relax arms at sides
4. Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust

C. Waist

1. Find the natural waist
2. This is the smallest part of the waist
3. Usually about 1 in. above belly button
4. Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room

D. Hip

1. Find the widest part of the hips
2. Usually about 7 in. below natural waist
3. Tape should brush across both hipbones

E. Hollow to Floor

1. Wear a bra
2. Measure in bare feet
3. Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the floor
4. To fit high heels, an extra 5-7cm for custom-sized floor-length dresses and dresses with trains will be added

F. Hollow to Knee

Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones and pull tape straight down to the knee.

G. Arm Length

Description: Chiffon floral accented one-shoulder column gown with ruched bust line and empire waist. Cascading ruffle back accent, with Court length train.

Our gowns are not brand name designer dresses. We custom manufacture design inspired gowns which closely resemble the photographs but include signature design elements unique to us. The images shown are reference photographs to illustrate the basic design and cut of the gown. We only use high quality fabrics and all our embroidery and beading is hand done. Each gown is uniquely made for every client and no two are exactly alike. Each dress is similar but not exact to the original.

Order Shippment

As soon as we receive order information and confirm your payment, your attire will be tailor made for your requirements. And then the order will be delivered. Emails will be sent in time after shipment for reference including tracking number and the site from where you can track order status.

Refund Policy

Generally, we don’t accept returns, as all the dresses are made according to your own measurements and color requirement after full payment. We cannot refund you under any circumstances. So please confirm your order before payment, and do assure that you will get the right one. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Size Errors:

Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.

For defective, damaged or miss-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), you will receive a refund in full amount. Or we can reship the same dress to you if time is allowed. If we agree to refund, you need to ship the dress back on your own account. We can only refund after receiving the returned dress in good conditions (We do not accept and refund the dress with any stains, changes etc.) We offer FREE REPAIR on your tailor made dress! But you need to pay the shipping cost when sending back to us, of course, the cost of re-shipping to you will be paid by us. Also we cannot refund if there are any changes from the original picture you required and the measurements you offered. To avoid the wrong measurements, we suggest that you should find a professional tailor who can measure you correctly.

It will take 11-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

Wedding Dresses
It will take 12-18 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

Chinese Dresses
Our standard Chinese Dresses take 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors to make. Our special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses take 20-22 working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses take further 3-5 working days to ship from us to you. Exact shipping times are based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

Cosplay Costumes
It will take 5 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, EMS, etc) standard.

Sportswear
As all sportswear are stocked in MLtailor, so we can arrange shipment within 2-3 days after receiving your order information and payment confirmation.
